Lately the images that I've been drawn to most are landscapes and portraits. Pieces with a low level of energy. Quiet moments. I found this artist Kai Samuels-Davis, on Etsy, in the spring and have been lusting after his oil paintings ever since. Maybe it's the slow coming on of fall, and my desire to be still after the busyness of this summer (this whole year really.) These are some examples of his work that I wish lived on my walls.
